I dedicate this book first to my parents who set high standards of good food; to my husband Iqbal, who being a gourmet enjoyed what I prepared and gave me the confidence to enhance my skills; to my daughters Fayeeza and Nadia who give me pleasure by being hostesses par excellence and last but not least to my sons-in-law, Arif and Saquib and my grandsons, Ahsan, Faaris and Hamzah who consume with relish what is presented on the table. I thank Allah for permitting me to share so much pleasure with so many.
